Incorporation can be processed in Korea by email and post through a law firm or consulting agency.
However, depending on circumstances, customer may have to come to Viet Nam. At the final stage of incorporation, the customer must be present in Vietnam to process continuously application for ERC, IRC, company seal, tax code and bank account opening
Regarding corporation establishment procedure in Viet Nam, registration of business type will be more difficult and complicated than in Korea (depending on FDI agreement), so it may take more cost and time depending on cases.
Therefore, the best way is to process company establishment through a local service company (preferably Korean companies), then receive professional consulting on various local laws (labor law, etc.) after establishment will be more secure.

Work Permit

  • Foreigners working in Vietnam must be recognized for their “professional qualifications, skills, and work experience” based on [Article 151 of the Labor Law] and must obtain a WORK PERMIT according to the regulations and procedures of Vietnamese government
